摘要
资产评估学是一门讲授评估理论与方法的实用性课程。为突出"实基础、强能力、高素质"应用型人才培养目标,贯彻落实地方应用型本科院校服务区域经济协调发展要求,对资产评估学课程进行教学改革迫在眉睫。以宿州学院为例,分析了地方应用型本科院校资产评估教学过程中存在教学模式滞后、师资队伍不完善、考评体系不健全等问题。在此基础上提出"坚持以工作过程开发课程思想、遵循工作任务和工作领域两个维度优化课程结构、寻求课程内容结构化、认知环境具体化、实践体认过程化,目标要求操作化"资产评估学教学改革的策略。
Asets evaluation course is a practical course of teaching evaluation theory and metliod. T o solid foundation, strong ability, high quality＂ application oriented personnel training objectives and carry out localapplied undergraduate university serving regional economic coordinated development requirements, teaching reforrm of assets evaluation couree is imminent. T he article, taking Suzhou University as an example, analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process of assets evaluation in local application oriented universities, including backwardteaching mode, imperfect teaching staff and imperfect evaluation system. O n the basis of this, the paper puts forwardteaching reform countermeasures of assets evaluation, including ＂insist on the idea of curriculum development from working process, followthe two dimensions of work tasks and work areas to optimize the curseek the structuring of curriculum content, concretion of cognitive environment, procedurization of practice and oper-ationalization of target requires ＂.
