摘要
返乡创业是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、实施乡村振兴、促进城乡融合发展的重要举措。本文基于陕西省231个创业者的调查数据,运用二分类Logistic回归模型,实证分析了返乡创业者创业绩效的影响因素。结果表明,创业者的机会把握能力对创业绩效具有显著正向影响;与其他经营形式和从事行业相比,个体工商户和种植养殖行业创业者创业绩效较差;家庭劳动力数量对创业绩效具有显著负向影响,家庭收入水平、家庭成员合作程度对创业绩效具有显著正向影响;获取政策信息便利程度以及家乡环境融洽程度对创业绩效具有显著正向影响,政策支持效果对创业绩效的影响呈现差异化。因此,乡村振兴背景下,为鼓励更多外出人员返乡创业,政府需要加强创业培训、完善社会保障、加大政策支持、做好宣传示范。
Returning home to start a business is an important measure to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,implement the rural revitalization strategy and promote urban-rural integration.Based on the survey data of 231 entrepreneurs in Shaanxi,binomial logistic regression model was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of entrepreneurial performance of returning entrepreneurs.The result has shown that entrepreneurs'ability to grasp opportunities has a significantly positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Compared with other businesses,individual industrial and commercial households and entrepreneurs of planting and breeding industry have poor entrepreneurial performance.The household labor force has a significantly negative impact on entrepreneurial performance,while the level of family income and the degree of cooperation of family members have a significantly positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.The convenience of obtaining policy information and the social harmony of local environment have a significantly positive impact on entrepreneurial performance,while the impact of policy support on entrepreneurial performance is differentiated.Therefore,in the context of rural revitalization,the government needs to strengthen entrepreneurship training,improve social security,increase policy support,and do a good job in publicity to encourage more people to return home and start businesses.
