摘要
目的:观察紫草地龙汤联合甲氨碟呤(MTX)治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法:共纳入符合观察条件的输卵管妊娠患者106例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各53例。对照组予常规肌注MTX,治疗组在肌注MTX的基础上联合口服中药紫草地龙汤。定期检查肝肾功能及血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-h CG)水平、阴道超声等,直至正常;同时,观察阴道出血情况及其他临床症状,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组保守治疗的总有效率92.5%,对照组为69.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组在改善患者血清β-h CG水平和消除病灶等的时效方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),且副反应亦明显减少。结论:紫草地龙汤联合MTX治疗输卵管妊娠,可以提高保守治疗的有效率、减少住院天数、缓解MTX的毒副作用,值得推广。
Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zicao Dilong Decoction combined with methotrexate （MTX） in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods： A total of 106 patients with tubal pregnancy who met the observation condition were included. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with MTX by intramuscular injection, and the treatment group was orally treated with Zicao Dilang Decoction based on the treatment for the control group. The liver and kidney function, serum levels of human chorionic gnnadotropin （β-hCG） and transvaginal ultrasound were regularly examined until the indicators were normal. Meanwhile, the vaginal bleeding and other clinical symptoms were observed, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： The total effective rates of conservative treatment were 92.5% in the treatment group and 69.8% in the control group. There was statistically significant difference on the total effective rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The efficacy of improving serum β-hCG level and eliminating lesion in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the side reactions were obviously reduced. Conclusion： Zicao Dilong Decoction combined with MTT can increase the effective rate of conservative treatment in the treatment of tubal pregnancy, decrease the hospitalization days, alleviate the toxic and side effects of MTX ,which is worth promoting.
