摘要
目的:分析院感科主导下携手消毒隔离小组对院感质量督查的模式及其督查前后的质量,为制定防控医院感染的发生措施提供参考。方法:抽取2016年10月前的质量结果为督查前组,主要由院感科、护理部单独质量督查;另取2016年10月后开始由院感科主导下携手护理消毒隔离小组联合质量督查的质量结果为督查后组,制订统一质量督查标准、评价方法;分析督查前后的质量督查模式及其督查质量的优劣。结果:督查前医院18个病区总体评分得分值为(86.50±2.50)分,督查后18个病区总体评分得分值为(92.5±3.28)分,督查后优于督查前(P<0.05)。结论:对比督查前后,感染管理质量得到有效提升,促进了院感科与护理部的有效沟通与合作,有利于院感科各项规章制度的落实,使医院感染管理更趋于规范化、标准化。
Objective： To analyze the pattern of disinfection quality and inspection before and after supervision combining nosocomial infection and nursing department, and to provide a reference for the promotion of prevention and control of Nosocomial infection. Methods： The quality results before October 2016 were selected as the pre inspection group, mainly from the Nosocomial Infection and the nursing department were selected; The quality results after October 2016 supervised by nosocomial infection and nursing department as another group.Unified quality supervision standards and evaluation methods were established. Results： The overall score of 18 wards in the hospital was （86.50＋2.50） points before the supervision, and the overall score of the 18 wards after the supervision was （92.5＋±.28） points, which was better than that before the supervision （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared the results before and after the inspection, the quality of the infection management was improved, and effective communication and cooperation between nosocomial infection and nursing department was promoted. It is also conducive to the implementation of the rules and regulations of nosocomial infection department, and the nosocomial infection management tends to be more standardized and normalized.
