摘要
目的探讨加强和完善院科两级消毒隔离质控的方法和效果,以提高两级消毒隔离质控质量的统一。方法对本院2008年院科两级消毒隔离质控结果进行分析,寻找两级质控中存在的问题,制订加强院科两级消毒隔离质控的方法并实施。比较加强和完善院科两级消毒隔离质控方法前后,院科两级消毒隔离质控质量的差异,内容包括人员管理、无菌技术管理、环境管理、污物管理4方面。结果加强和完善院科两级消毒隔离质控方法后,院科两级消毒隔离质控结果一致性较好,在无菌操作、环境管理、人员管理、污物管理方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论建立两级质控支持系统,加强对质控员的培训,提高科室的自我质控水平和改进质控检查方法,对提高两级消毒隔离质控结果一致性具有积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the methods and effects of disinfection and isolation quality control at the hospital level and the department level so as to strengthen the unified management of quality control.Methods The disinfection and isolation qualities at the two levels in 2008 were analyzed for detecting the problems.Then the methods to enhance the quality of disinfection and isolation were worked out and used in the practice of quality control at the department and hospital levels.The pre-performance and post-performance of the quality control at the two levels were compared in terms of personnel management,aseptic technology management,environmental management,and dirt management. Results After completing and enhancing the disinfection and isolation quality control at the hospital level and the department level,the two level quality controls reached consistency,without statistical differences in the aseptic technology management,environmental management,personnel management and dirt management（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The establishment of infection management at the hospital and department levels,enhanced training of quality control personnel,improvement of department＇s quality control and improvement of quality control check method are of significance for the enhanced consistency of disinfection and isolation quality control at the two levels.
