从川贝母中检出平贝母的理化鉴别方法 被引量:9

摘要 目的鉴别在川贝母(松贝)中掺伪的平贝母。方法研究平贝母与川贝母(松贝)的HPLC和TLC图谱,寻找平贝母中可区别于川贝母的专属共有成分(专属色谱峰、专属斑点)。结果平贝母与川贝母(松贝)的HPLC指纹图谱存在一定差异,但易受杂峰的干扰;而平贝母的TLC图谱有与川贝母(松贝)相区别的专属斑点,可用于检识在川贝母(松贝)中掺入的平贝母。结论 HPLC指纹图谱可区分平贝母与川贝母(松贝),但辨识度较低;而所用的TLC鉴别法可鉴别平贝母与川贝母。 OBJECTIVE To distinguish Fritillariae ussuriensis Bulbus from F. cirrhosa Bulbus. METHODS The HPLC fingerprints and TLC identification fingerprints of F. ussuriensis Bulbus from F. cirrhosa Bulbus were researched, and the exclusive common components (exclusive chromatographic peaks and exclusive spots in TLC chromatography) of distinguishing F. ussuriensis Bulbus from F. cirrhosa Bulbus were found. RESULTS There were some differences in HPLC fingerprints between F. ussuriensis Bulbus and F. cirrhosa Bulbus with high concentration, but the interference between them was too strong to be distinguished. The exclusive spots in TLC chromatography to identify F. ussuriensis Bulbus from F. cirrhosa Bulbus were found. CONCLUSION As HPLC fingerprints was low sensibility to pinpoint the difference between F. ussuriensis Bulbus and F. cirrhosa Bulbus. The TLC condition established can be applied to distinguish F. ussuriensis Bulbus from F. cirrhosu Bulbus. in the paper
