摘要
目的探讨栽培川贝母适宜的采收年限。方法测试和比较不同生长年限的栽培与野生瓦布贝母的形态、粒重、亩产量和总生物碱含量变化的规律。结果三年生以上瓦布贝母均已达到川贝母国家标准,瓦布贝母鳞茎粒重、亩产量和总生物碱含量在播种后3~5年间随着生长年限的增加,均有显著上升趋势。结论栽培瓦布贝母宜以5年生为主,也可采收部分3年生产品。
OBJECTIVE To determine the optimum harvesting year of F.wabuensis.METHODS The character,output and content of total alkaloid in quality were compared in cultivanced and wild F.wabuensis at different years.RESULTS The average weigh of per bulb increased as the year varies in former three years.Since the fourth year,the average weigh of per wild bulb increased slowly,while that of the cultivated bulb still continued to increase.The content of total alkaloid mounted up as the plants growed in 3-5 years.CONCLUS...
