摘要
目的以贝母辛、西贝母碱、贝母素乙3种生物碱成分为指标,考察西藏林芝地区不同产地野生瓦布贝母的品质情况,为今后林芝地区川贝母人工种植种质选育奠定实验基础。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱为Welch Ultimate AQ-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%(体积分数)二乙胺(体积比70∶30),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测器为蒸发光散射检测器。结果林芝地区6批野生瓦布贝母中的贝母辛、西贝母碱和贝母素乙质量分数分别是川贝母对照药材的1.79-2.70倍、2.13-3.64倍和1.88-2.37倍。结论林芝地区的野生瓦布贝母品质较好,可作为人工种植育种的种质来源。
Objective To investigate the general quality of wild Bulbus Fritillariae wabuensis from different places of origin in Nyingchi Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region, with three alkaloids' contents as the indicator,in order to lay the experimental basis for germplasm selection and breeding of future artificial cultivation of F.wabuensis in Nyingchi Prefecture.Methods A high performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light scattering detector was employed upon an Welch Ultimate AQ-C18 column( 4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm),with acetonitrile-water containing 0.1% diethylamine( 70 ∶ 30) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 m L/min.Results The contents of peimisine, sipeimine, peiminine in wild Bulbus F.wabuensis from Nyingchi Prefecture were 1.79 to 2.70 times,2.13 to 3.64 times,1.88 to 2.37 times more than those in the reference of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae.Conclusion Wild Bulbus F.wabuensis from Nyingchi Prefecture of Tibet could be used as a source of germplasm for breeding in artificial cultivation.
