摘要
目的比较不同植物来源川贝母成分的指纹特征。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法检测。结果对8种植物来源共14个药材样品的HPLC-ELSD图谱进行了分析比较,发现川贝母类生药的指纹特征及与其他贝母类生药成分指纹的区别。结论川贝母的成分指纹图谱可用于川贝母的理化鉴别和质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To compare the characteristics of the fingerprint of Bullbus fritillariae Cirrhosae. METHODS HPLC - ELSD detecting method was applied. RESULTS The 10 counterparts sample of the medicine from 7 kinds of plants were analyzed and compared by HPLC - ELSD. It was found that there were differences in the fingerprints between the Bullbus fritillariae Cirrhosae and other types of Bulbus fritillaria. CONCLUSION HPLC fingerprint of Bullbus fritillariae Cirrhosae can be used to physico - chemical identification and quality control.
