摘要
目的 了解川贝母真伪品的鉴别方法。方法 通过查阅近10年来国内外相关文献并进行归纳总结,对川贝母的真伪鉴别方法进行总结。结果 川贝母真伪品鉴别方法主要有性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别、分子鉴定。结论 川贝母的真伪鉴别方法研究已取得一定进展,但部分方法仍存在一些局限性,需要进行进一步研究。
Objective To understand the identification methods of authentic and forged products of Fritillaria cirrhosa Bulbus.Methods By reviewing the relevant domestic and foreign literature in the past 10 years,the methods of authenticity identification of Fritillaria cirrhosa Bulbus were summarized.Results The identification methods of authentic and counterfeit Fritillaria cirrhosa Bulbus mainly include trait identification,microscopic identification,physicochemical identification,and molecular identification.Conclusion The research on the authenticity identification methods of Fritillaria cirrhosa Bulbus has made some progress,but there are still some limitations that need to be further studied.
