摘要
目的 综合评价甘肃省市售板蓝根饮片质量。方法 对所收集的板蓝根饮片进行性状鉴别;按照《中华人民共和国药典(四部)》2020年版通则项下方法对板蓝根饮片的水分、灰分进行限量检查,对醇溶性浸出物含量进行测定;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对(R,S)-告依春的含量进行测定。结果 15批板蓝根饮片水分含量为5.80%~9.00%,总灰分含量为3.39%~5.77%,酸不溶性灰分含量为0.27%~2.20%,醇溶性浸出物含量为21.14%~38.82%,(R,S)-告依春含量为0.016%~0.104%。回归方程为Y=4619.5X+16.465,r=1.0000,线性范围为48.95~482.43μg。结论 甘肃省市售板蓝根饮片质量差异较大,其中3批板蓝根饮片的酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物含量、(R,S)-告依春含量未达到《中华人民共和国药典》标准。
Objective To give a comprehensive evaluation on quality of Isatis indigotica prepared slices sold in Gansu province.Methods The characters of Isatis indigotica were identified.The water and ash content of Isatis indigotica prepared slices were checked in limited quantities and the content of alcohol-soluble extracts was determined according to the methods under the general provisions of the 2020 Edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China.The content of(R,S)-epigoitrin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The appearance traits of Isatis indigotica decoction pieces were compared and identified, the moisture and ash contents were limited, and the contents of alcohol-soluble extracts(R,S)-epigoitrin were determined.Results Among the 15 batches of Isatis indigotica prepared slices collected, the moisture content from 5.80% to 9.00%,the total ash content from 3.39% to 5.77%,the acid-insoluble ash content from 0.27% to 2.20%,the alcohol-soluble extract content from 21.14% to 38.82%,and the(R,S)-epigoitrin content from 0.016% to 0.104%.The regression equation is Y=4619.5X+16.465,r=1.0000,and the linear range from 48.95 to 482.43 μg.Conclusion There were significant differences in the quality of Isatis indigotica prepared slices in Gansu Province, and among them, the individual indexes of acid insoluble ash, alcohol soluble extract content and(R,S)-epigoitrin content of three batches of Isatis indigotica prepared slices failed to meet the pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China standards.
