摘要
目的分析健康体检人群血脂与血糖的相关性。方法检测1800例健康体检人群的TC、HDL-C、FBG及HbA1c水平。体检人群按HDL-C四分位数分为A组(HDL-C<1.13mmol/L)、B组(1.13mmol/L≤HDL-C<1.35mmol/L)、C组(1.35mmol/L≤HDL-C<1.58mmol/L)和D组(HDL-C≥1.58mmol/L)组,比较FBG及HbA1c水平。体检人群按TC四分位数分为E组(TC<4.64mmol/L)、F组(4.64mmol/L≤TC<5.38mmol/L)、G组(5.38mmol/L≤TC<6.02mmol/L)和H组(TC≥6.02mmol/L),比较FBG及HbA1c水平。结果男性FBG、HbA1c水平高于女性(P<0.01),而不同性别体检人群年龄、TC和HDL-C水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随HDL-C水平的增高,FBG和HbA1c水平呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,HDL-C与FBG和HbA1c呈负相关(r=-0.146和-0.179)(P<0.01)。随TC水平的增高,FBG和HbA1c水平呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。结论健康体检人群中,血糖和血脂具有显著相关性,血脂可作为健康人群中糖代谢紊乱的风险预测因子。
Objective To analyze the correlation between blood lipids and blood glucose in health physical examiners.Methods The levels of TC,HDL-C,FBG and HbA1 cwere measured in1800 healthy subjects.Divided by the quartiles of HDL-C and TC,the levels of FBG and HbA1 cwere compared among four groups of A(HDL-C1.13 mmol/L),B(1.13 mmol/L≤HDL-C1.35 mmol/L),C(1.35 mmol/L LDG-C 1.58 mmol/L)and D(HDL-C≥1.58 mmol/L)and the levels of FBG and HbA1 cwere compared among four groups of E(TC4.64 mmol/L),F(4.64 mmol/L≤TC5.38 mmol/L),G(5.38 mmol/L≤TC6.02 mmol/L)and H(TC≥6.02 mmol/L).Results The levels of FBG and HbA1 cwere higher in males than those in females(P〈0.01),but there was no significant difference in age,TC and HDL-C levels among different sexes examiners(P〈0.05).As the increase of HDL-C level,FBG and HbA1 clevels were decreasd(P〈0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that HDL-C was negatively correlated with FBG and HbA1 c(r=-0.146 and-0.179)(P〈0.01).As the increase of TC level,the levels of FBG and HbA1 cwere increased(P〈0.05).Conclusion In the healthy population,blood glucose and blood lipids are significantly correlated.Blood lipids could be used as a predictor for the risk of glucose metabolism.
