摘要
目的 探讨辅助性T细胞在小儿再生障碍性贫血(AA)发病中的表达机制及意义。方法 将
53例AA患儿按病情分为重型AA组(SAA组)21例、轻型AA组(MAA组)17例、缓解期AA组(CR组)
15例,另取非AA的血液系统疾病所导致的血小板减少或者贫血患儿(AL组)16例、健康小儿20例(NC组)
为对照。采用流式细胞仪检测各组外周静脉血中的CD+
