摘要
目的:分析代谢综合征(MS)学龄儿童外周血CD4+CD25+Treg和CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg表达水平。方法:连续选择近期就诊或住院治疗的MS儿童25例,对照组选择同期进行体检且结论健康儿童24例,两组对象均接受外周血调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+Treg和CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg)和辅助性T细胞(CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD4+/CD8+)检测。结果:MS儿童外周血CD4+CD25+Treg和CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,前者外周血CD8+表达水平也显著高于对照组,而CD4+/CD8+比值则明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:MS儿童存在明确的外周血调节性T细胞低水平表达。
Objective: To analyze the expression levels of CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg and CD4^+ CD25^+ Foxp3^+ Treg in peripheral blood of school -age chihlren with metabolism syndrome (MS) . Methods: A total of 25 MS children treated in the hospital recently were selected as MS group, and 24 healthy children who received physical examination during the same period were selected as control group; regulatory T ,cells detection (CD4^+ CD25 ^+ Treg and CD4^+ CD25^+ Foxp3^+Trog) and helper T cells detection (CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+) in pe- ripheral blood of the children in the two groups were conducted. Results: The levels of CD4^+ CD25^+Treg and CD4^+ CD25^+Foxp3^+ Treg in peripheral blood of MS group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; meanwhile, the expression level of CD8^+ in peripheral blood of MS group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but the ratio of CD4^+ / CD8^+ in MS group was stalistically siguifieantly lower than that in control group (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: Down -regulation of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of MS children can be detected definitely.
