摘要
英国地方当局督导制度经过不断改革与发展,现已建立了较为完善的地方当局儿童服务督导制度。其特点主要表现在:严谨规范的督导程序,以儿童利益为中心的督导价值导向,提高服务质量为目的的改进支持。对其进行研究可为我国督政工作带来启示。
Through continuous reform and development, a relatively perfect system of local authority children＇s services inspection in Britain has been set up. Its characteristics are as follows： a rigorous procedure of inspection, the value orientation of inspection focusing on children＇s interests, improving the quality of service as main purpose of improvement support, which can bring some enlightenment for the education inspection of our country.
