摘要
对三相桥式PWM逆变器的IGBT出现开路故障时的故障特征进行了研究,在正常工作和故障模式两种方式下,对门极信号和相电压之间的变化情况进行了分析比较,提出了以相电压为基础的积分算法,通过这种算法以得出方案来进行诊断和定位。最终,在仿真软件MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了一个三相桥式逆变的模型,通过模拟该电路来对该方法考证,从结果可以看出所采用的方法能够较准确的得到故障的位置。
The three-phase PWM inverter,as the research object,the failure characteristics of IGBT open circuit fault was in depth studied.By comparing the normal and fault between the signal and the phase voltage,integral algorithm based on phase voltage is established.And the diagnosis and orientation method is put forward.Finally,the three-phase bridge inverter model is constructed in Matlab/Simulink,through the simulation of the circuit to the method of the research,we can see that the method used in this paper can be very accurately to get the fault location from the results.
