摘要
基于线性累积损伤理论提出了一种使用累积损伤度的电解电容疲劳损伤评估方法。文中分析了电解电容的老化机理、老化过程中的主要影响因素以及老化过程的线性累积效应,以纹波电流热效应的累积值作为衡量电解电容疲劳极限和疲劳损伤的量纲对损伤度进行计算,根据对不同纹波电流损伤度进行求和所得到的总体累积损伤度对电解电容的疲劳损伤情况进行直接评估。文中详细介绍了损伤度的累积迭代计算方法。
This paper proposes a fatigue damage of aluminum electrolytic capacitor estimate approach based on the theory of linear accumulated damage.The fatigue and aging mechanism of electrolytic capacitor is first analyzed,together with its influencing factors.Accumulated heat effect of ripple current is selected to be the dimension of capacitor's fatigue damage and fatigue limit,and its damage degree to capacitor is calculated.With the summary of the damage degrees,overall fatigue damage to the capacitor can be directly estimated.This paper also presents the iterative computation approach of damage degree.
