摘要 结合 SVM(空间矢量调制 )技术和组合相移 PWM技术的优点 ,提出了组合相移 SVM技术 ;这种技术的器件开关频率低 ,动态响应好 ,开关负荷均衡 ;相对于相移 SPWM技术 ,在采用不连续开关调制的情况下可将开关损耗降低 33% ,电压利用率提高 1 5 % ,易于数字实现。相同频率调制比和幅度调制比的情况下 ,对调制波信号的不同采样点分布可以得到不同的 SVM波形。组合变流器相移 SVM技术的调制方法 ,就是将各变流器单元的采样时间错开 ,使得各变流器单元使用相同的SVM算法 ,相邻变流器单元间的采样时间相差 2π/ ( KN )的角度。文中从磁链的角度对相移 SVM技术做出了定性分析。利用 Matlab,实现了组合相移 SVM变流器的仿真 ,并对相移 SVM技术与常规 SVM技术、相移 SPWM技术进行了比较分析。 Combining the advantages of the SVM technique with that of the multi-modular phase-shifted PWM technique, the multi-modular phase-shifted SVM technique is presented. This technique is of low device switching frequency, fast dynamic response and balanced switching load. Relative to the phase-shifted SPWM technique, this technique improves the voltage utilization factor around 15%, decreases the switching dissipation at 33% with discrete modulation, and is easy to be digitally implemented. Under the same amplitude modulation index and same frequency modulation index, different SVM waveforms can be derived from different sampling point distributions. The modulation method for multi-modular phase-shifted SVM technique is to stagger the sampling time of each converter unit, and to make the sampling time of the adjacent converter unit deviate by 2π/(KN). From the point of view of magnetic links, qualitative analysis of the phase-shifted SVM is studied. The multi-modular phase-shifted SVM converters are simulated by use of MATLAB. Through simulation, the comparison of the phase-shifted SVM together with the conventional SVM as well as phase-shifted SPWM is described, which is also proved by experiment.
