关于高铁CRH2型动车组逆变器故障诊断研究 被引量:9

摘要 动车组逆变器的安全性和可靠性直接影响着整个动车组的正常运行,而对逆变器故障情况的诊断处理是逆变器可靠运行的前提。传统逆变器开路故障诊断建模大多采用理想化模型进行建模,不能全面反映实际情况,模型精确度和可靠性有待提高。为了解决上述问题提高模型可靠性,以高铁CRH2型动车组逆变器为研究对象,首先对三电平逆变器进行逻辑参数建模,进而采用基于模型的诊断方法实现对三电平逆变器功率管开路故障的有效诊断。该方法通过研究高铁CRH2型动车组逆变器在故障情况下的不同运行状态,将电路不同运行情况抽象为对应的离散事件的变迁,确定出故障事件集,构建逆变器的故障逻辑参数模型,通过对实际模型识别量和故障模型识别量进行残差分析辨识出故障。通过搭建Simulink模型,该方法实现了针对CRH2型动车组逆变器单管开路故障和双管开路故障的检测,有效性得到了充分验证,且计算简单,具有一定的实用价值。 The normal operation of EMUs ( electric multiple units) is related to the safety and reliability of inverters and the fault diagnosis for inverters is the necessary prerequisite to the reliable operation of inverters. The conventional inverter open fault diagnosis modeling is largely based on the idealized model, the model accuracy and reliabili- ty needs to be improved in the actual situation. In order to solve the above problems to improve model reliability, the CRH2 EMUs inverter is taken as the object investigated, the logic parameter model of the threelevel inverter is constructed, then the model - based method is adopted to detect the open - circuit faults of the three - level inverter. Based on the analysis of the CRI-I2 EMUs inverter in different fault states of circuits, different operation states of inverters can be expressed to a discrete event movement. Subsequently, according to the expressing results, the fault events collection can be confirmed and the fault logic parameter model can be constructed. The residual analysis of the actual model identification vector and the fault model identification vector can identify the final fault. By building Simulink model, the single tube fault and dual tube fault of CRH2 EMUs inverters can be detected based on the proposed method. Effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified, and the calculation is simple. It has some practical value.
