摘要
目的:探讨如意金黄散联合异维A酸胶囊治疗痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2016年1月—2017年1月平煤神马医疗集团总医院门诊痤疮患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者口服异维A酸胶囊,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合如意金黄散外敷,治疗8周后比较两组患者的疗效、皮损评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的皮损评分较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:如意金黄散联合异维A酸胶囊治疗痤疮的效果较好,可明显改善患者皮损情况,安全性高。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the clinical efficacy of safety of Ruyi Huangjin powder combined with Isotretinoin soft capsules in treatment of acne .METHODS：60 outpatients with acne in General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group from Jan .2016-Jan.2017 were collected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Isotretinoin soft capsules orally , while the observation group was treated with Ruyi Jinhuang powder for external use based on the control group , efficacy, scores of skin lesion and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared after treatment of 8 weeks.RESULTS：The total effective rate of observation group （96.67%, 29/30） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.00%, 24/30）, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈0.05 ）.After treatment , scores of skin lesion of both groups were significantly decreased , and that of observation group was significantly lower than the control group , with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no statistical significance in the incidences of adverse drug reactions between two groups （ P〉0.05） .CONCLUSIONS：The efficacy of Ruyi Jinhuang powder combined with Isotretinoin soft capsules in treatment of acne is remarkable , which can significantly improve patients skin lesion , with higher safety .
