摘要
"恋邪"是指正化为邪,二者融为一体,发挥原有"邪"的危害,从而使疾病缠绵难愈。疮面"恋邪"使得疮面的愈合由顺转逆,其主要与生肌油膏的不规范使用有关。通过对疮面"恋邪"及生肌油膏合理应用的理论探索,结合古籍文献及临床实践对疮面"恋邪"的原因进行分析,指出应防止生肌油膏的过早、过度以及单一应用,为中医外科合理应用生肌油膏提供思路。
"Lianxie"(恋邪)means healthy qi turns into pathogenic qi,and the two are integrated into one,and the damage of original"pathogen"is exerted,thus making the disease difficult to heal.The"lianxie"of sore face makes the healing of the sore surface reversed,which is mainly related to the irregular use of Shengji Ointment(生肌油膏).Through the theoretical exploration of"lianxie"of sore face and the rational application of Shengji Ointment,combined with the ancient books and clinical practice,the causes of"lianxie"of sore face were analyzed,and it was pointed out that the premature,excessive and single application of Shengji Ointment should be prevented,which provides ideas for the rational application of Shengji Ointment in traditional Chinese medicine surgery.
