摘要
目的:探讨红蓝光照射联合异维A酸治疗中、重度痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的60例中、重度痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组(30例)予红蓝光联合口服异维A酸治疗,对照组(30例)仅口服异维A酸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:有效率治疗组为86.7%,对照组为70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现导致治疗终止的严重不良反应。结论:红蓝光联合异维A酸治疗中、重度痤疮疗效好,安全性高。
Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of red- blue light in combination with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods： All 60 cases with moderate to severe acne vulgaris were divided into two groups randomly,treatment group（ 30 cases） with red- blue light combination with isotretinoin treatment,the control group（ 30 cases） alone isotretinoin treatment. Resulus： The effective rate in two groups was compared. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 8 6. 7 %,that of the control group was 7 0. 0 %,and there were significant differences between them（ P〈0. 05）. Severe adverse effect which might cause termination of the treatment was not seen in two group. Conclusion： Red- blue light in combination with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris has a significant clinical effect and high safety.
