摘要
目的分析中重度痤疮患者联合应用超分子水杨酸和盐酸米诺环素治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月中山大学附属第七医院收治的80例中重度痤疮患者,将患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予盐酸米诺环素治疗,研究组给予超分子水杨酸结合盐酸米诺环素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后总有效率95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后2周整体痤疮评分系统(GAGS)评分(33.87±4.68)分,治疗4周、8周后GAGS评分为(21.76±3.48)分和(11.35±2.96)分,与对照组各时间点的GAGS评分比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为10.00%和12.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超分子水杨酸和盐酸米诺环素联合应用于中重度痤疮患者,能够有效降低患者的GAGS评分,提升患者治疗效果,且不良反应少,安全性高,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined supramolecular salicylic acid and minocycline hydrochloride in patients with moderate to severe acne.Methods Totally 80 patients with moderate to severe acne admitted to the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride,while the study group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate after treatment was 95.00%in the study group,higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall ACNE scoring system(GAGS)score of the study group was(33.87±4.68)at 2 weeks after treatment,and(21.76±3.48)and(11.35±2.96)at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,which were statistically different from those of the control group at each time point(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 10.00%and 12.50%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of supramolecular salicylic acid and minocycline hydrochloride in patients with moderate to severe acne can effectively reduce the GAGS score of patients,improve the treatment effect of patients,with fewer adverse reactions,high safety,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
