摘要 研究了3种生长素,吲哚丁酸(IBA)、α-萘乙酸(NAA)、2,4-D在不同浓度下对蛹虫草液体培养的影响。通过测定不同浓度下蛹虫草生物量以及胞内、胞外多糖的含量,确定了3种生长素使用的最佳质量浓度,并对各浓度下蛹虫草的生长情况进行了分析与讨论。结果表明,在生物量方面,IBA的质量浓度为3 mg·L^(-1)时达到最大为21.50 g,比对照组提高了11.30%。NAA的质量浓度为1 mg·L^(-1)时达到最大为16.20 g,比对照组提高了32.80%。2,4-D对蛹虫草生物量的累积起抑制作用。在胞外多糖方面,IBA和2,4-D均起抑制作用,NAA在1 mg·L^(-1)时起抑制作用,但其质量浓度为5 mg·L^(-1)时,胞外多糖累积量达到最大为85.60 mg,比对照组提高了80.30%。在胞内多糖方面,3种生长素均起促进作用。当加入质量浓度为1 mg·L^(-1)的NAA时,胞内多糖累积量达到最大为117.93 mg,比对照组提高了275.36%。 Effect of different concentrations of three kinds of auxin (indole butyric acid (IBA) , alpha naphthyl acetic acid (NAA) and 2, 4-D) on liquid fermentation of Cordyceps militaris was studied. By detecting the biomass of C. militaris and the content of intracellular and extracellular polysaccharide under different concentrations, the optimum mass concentration of the three kinds of auxin was identified, and the growth of C. militaris under different concentrations was analyzed and discussed. The results showed that in terms of biomass, with a maximum 21.50 g when the mass concentration of IBA was 3 mg'L-~, which was 11.30% higher than the control group. Meanwhile the biomass reached the maximum 16.20 g when the mass concentration of NAA was 1 mg" L-1, which was 32.80% higher than the control group. In addition, 2, 4-D had an inhibitory effect on C. militaris biomass accumulation. In terms of extracellular polysaccharide, IBA and 2, 4-D both had an inhibitory effect and NAA had an inhibitory effect when the mass concentration was 1 rag" L-1, but when the mass concentration was 5 mg" L-1, the accumulation of exopolysaccharide reached the maximum of 85.60 mg, which was 80.30% higher than the control group. In terms of intracellular polysaccharides, the three kinds of auxin played a promoting role. When adding NAA which the mass concentration was 1 mg" L- 1, the accumulation of intracellular polysaccharide reached the maximum 117.93 mg, which was 275.36% higher than the control group.
