生长调节剂浸根对当归温室苗出苗及生长进程的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Growth Regulator Root-soaking on Greenhouse-cultivated Angelica Seedlings Emergence and Growth Progress

摘要 目的:通过生长调节剂打破温室当归苗的休眠状态,并促进其出苗及生长进程。方法:以当归温室苗为材料,设计3因素4水平正交试验,于移栽时采用不同浓度梯度的赤霉素(GA3),胺鲜酯(DA-6)和萘乙酸(NAA)混合溶液浸根,于出苗期监测出苗动态,于生长稳定期测量茎叶形态指标并统计抽薹率,于采挖期测量根部形态指标并统计产量。结果:GA3,DA-6和NAA对温室当归苗的出苗率的影响极显著,影响作用的大小顺序为GA3>DA-6>NAA;当归温室苗的出苗率、产量均与GA3在0.01水平上显著相关,但与DA-6和NAA均不相关。结论:GA3,DA-6和NAA药剂组合能有效打破当归温室苗的休眠状态,并显著促进其出苗及生长进程;筛选出的当归温室苗移栽时浸根的最佳药剂组合为96.00 mg·L-1GA3,20.26 mg·L-1DA-6,53.12 mg·L-1NAA,当归温室苗的出苗率达到83.75%,当归产量达到363.22 kg·666.7 m-2。 Objective: To break the dormant state of greenhouse-cultivated angelica seedlings and promote its emer- gence and growth progress by means of growth regulator. Methods: With greenhouse-cultivated angelica seedlings as materials, 3 factors 4 levels orthogonal test was designed, different concentration gradient mixture solution of gibberellin ( GA3 ), diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate (DA-6) and naphthylacetic acid (NAA)was used to soak root when transplanting, the emergence dy- namics was monitored in emergence period, the stem-leaf morphological index and bolting rate were measured in stationary growth stage, the root morphological index and yield were measured in harvest time. Results: GA3 , DA-6 and NAA had high- ly significant effects on emergence rate of greenhouse-cultivated angelica seedlings, the order of effects was GA3 〉 DA-6 〉 NAA ; the emergence rate and yield of greenhouse-cultivated angelica seedlings were correlated with GA3 at 0. 01 level signifi- cantly, but they weren' t correlated with DA-6 and NAA. Conclusion: The reagent combination of GA3 , DA-6 and NAA could break the dormant state of greenhouse-cultivated angelica seedlings and promote its emergence and growth progress signifi- cantly; the optimal reagent combination screened for root-soaking of greenhouse-cultivated angelica seedlings when transplan- ting was 96.00 mg .L-1 GA3 , 20. 26 mg·L-1 DA -6, 53. 12 mg·L-1 NAA, the emergence rate of greenhouse-cultivated an- gelica seedlings was 83.75%, the yield of angelica was 363.22 kg .666.7 m-2
