摘要
生长抑制措施是指能够抑制药用植物的某种生长方向、促使目标生长模式充分进行的调控手段。但中药基原复杂,田间管理方案各异,各措施对中药材质量与产量的调控效应缺乏系统的总结。通过探讨植物营养生长与生殖生长之间的关系,比较分析人工修剪及化学抑制措施对中药材质量与产量造成的影响,并在生理生化特性层面进一步阐释生长抑制措施的部分作用机制,以期为科学利用药用植物生长抑制措施提供依据,为促进中药材产业发展提供参考。
Growth inhibition measures refer to the regulatory means that restrain a certain growth direction of medicinal plants and promote a full transformation into the target growth pattern.However,the original plants of Chinese herbs are complex,and field management schemes vary.As a result,there is no systematic conclusion regarding the regulatory effects of various measures on the quality and yield of Chinese medicinal materials.This study explored the relationship between vegetative growth and reproductive growth of plants,compared the effects of artificial pruning and chemical inhibition on the quality and yield of Chinese medicinal materials,and further elucidated partial action mechanism of growth inhibition measures from the perspective of physiological and biochemical characteristics,in order to provide a basis for the scientific use of growth inhibition measures in medicinal plants and the development of Chinese materia medica industry.
