摘要
岭南文化是悠久灿烂的中华文化的有机组成部分。在岭南文化精品外译过程中,应该对文化特色词的翻译仔细斟酌并且形成统一的译本,才能达到更佳的传播效果。文章通过收集近现代的岭南文学作品、电影电视剧以及报刊杂志中的岭南文化特色词,从微观的层面探索这些文化特色词翻译的语用策略。笔者认为译者应该在充分理解源语的基础上,动态顺应文化融合大语境,采用异化加副文本为主,归化加副文本为辅的翻译策略,帮助岭南文化走向世界。
Lingnan culture is a component part of long-standing and colorful Chinese culture. When translating those works, the culture-loaded words should be considered carefully with unified translated versions to ensure better communication. This thesis aims to explore the pragmatic strategies of the translation of the Lingnan culture-loaded words from the micro level by collecting words from contemporary and modern works, movies and TV series. The author holds that translators should adapt to the trend of cultural integration based on the complete understanding of the source text, and adopt foreignization with para- texts as a main way and domestication with paratexts as supplement in order to promote Lingnan culture spread all over the world.
