摘要
中国女童生存发展状况不断改善,与男童差距逐步缩小,彰显出国家和社会发展进步的辉煌成就,但改革发展过程中,儿童生存发展依然存在一些局部性的、线和点上的问题,需要及时解决。而如何解决好各类困境儿童的问题,打通儿童健康、教育和福利事业的"最后一公里",更好地促进儿童生存发展,是今后国家和政府所面临的挑战。文章根据2010年第三期中国妇女社会地位调查数据及2015年对西部农村困境女童的入户访谈资料,从营养和受教育状况切入,分析女童生存发展状况,并探讨性别与城乡、地域、民族、家庭社会经济水平等多因素的交叉重叠,给这一部分女童带来的弱势效应,以及在某些方面实现的突破,为国家更好地改善西部农村贫困地区儿童健康、教育和福利提供研究参考。
China has made many great progresses in girls＇ living condition and their development along with the economic and social development. There is not a huge gap between boys and girls in survival and in most educa- tional issues in China todays, but for vulnerable girls such as rural girls in western regions, the status of survival and development needs to be advanced. How to solve problems of children today is one of the priority issue for Chi- nese government. The study analyzed the status of survival and development for Chinese rural girls in western re- gions from the perspective of nutrition and education based on one large-scale survey in 2010, as well as an inter- view in 2015 in Sichuan and Yunnan Province. Our study found that Chinese rural girls in western regions often suffer multiple vulnerabilities, including gender and regional factors etc. At the same time, we can also find some hopeful changes and breakthroughs happened in the field of education for girls.
