摘要
群团工作面临着思想认识不足,角色定位模糊;行政色彩浓厚,群众本色缺失;工作方法滞后,工作领域交叉重叠;体制机制僵化,创新能力不足等显著问题,严重掣肘着群团工作的深入开展。对此,要聚焦政治性、先进性、群众性,坚定群团工作发展方向,厚植群团工作优势,打造群团工作新常态,开创群团工作新局面。
The mass organization work is faced with insufficient ideological understanding and a vague role definition. Moreover,it bears a strong administrative color and a lack of the true quality of the mass. There exist problems like the unadvanced work methods,the fixed system and the mechanism,the overlapped work coverage and the inadequate creative ability,which seriously hampered the development of the masses work.Thus,it should focus on the current political situation,the advancement and the mass to stick to the development direction of the mass organization work so as to strengthen the situation of the mass work and try to open up a new dimension as well.
