摘要
着眼于现代职业教育转型升级发展过程中,团组织在大学生思想政治教育过程中的作用进行研究。在研究过程中基于马斯洛的需求层次理论,以团组织在高职院校学生思想政治教育过程中作用为切入点,总结团组织在高职院校大学生思想政治教育过程中所取得的成绩,提出存在的问题。进一步分析存在问题的原因。立足当下、放眼未来,提出加强和改进高职院校团组织在大学生思想政治教育中的对策。
This paper is focused on the role of mass organizations in the process of ideological and political education for college students,which is based on the development of modern vocational education in the process of transformation and upgrading. In the course of the study based on Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory,organizations in higher vocational college students＇ ideological and political education is used as the starting point to summing up the achievements and problems of League organizations in Higher vocational college students＇ ideological and political education process. This paper is also used to further analysis of the reasons for the existence of problems. In the future,we put forward to strengthen and improve the college students＇ Ideological and political education in higher colleges.
