摘要
目的针对获得国家无偿献血奉献奖献血者的流失情况及原因进行分析,探讨有效减少献血者流失的对策。方法查询获国家无偿献血奉献奖各奖项献血者的基本信息,对流失原因以问卷形式进行电话回访,对获取的信息进行统计分析。结果成都市2012-2013年度获奖献血者流失率为24.4%,流失献血者的性别及奖项分布差异无统计学意义;男性40岁以下年龄段流失44人,占男性总流失人数的75.9%,女性40-50岁和30岁以下年龄段均流失7人,分别占各自年龄段流失人数的30.4%和35%;献血者"离开本市"22人,"血液检测不合格"16人,"献血前体检不合格"13人,"身体原因"8人,分别占总流失人数的28.6%,20.8%,16.9%和10.4%,是导致获奖献血者流失的主要原因。结论成都市获奖献血者流失比例较高,应针对不同流失原因制定相应的招募保留策略以减少献血者流失,对建立稳定的固定献血者队伍具有重要的意义。
Objective To understand the condition of blood donor population lost after awarded with National Unpaid Blood Donation Contribution Reward and figure out the reasons to improve the strategy for reducing the loss of awarded population.Methods Information on lost awarded donors were collected and evaluated by making telephone survey on the reasons for terminating blood donation.Results The loss rate of awarded blood donors in Chengdu was 24.4%.There was no statistical difference among gender and awards（P〉0.05）.The male donors〈 40 years old group lost 44 persons,comprising75.9% of the total male lost donors and the majority of lost donors.Female donors in 30 group and 40-50 group lost 7 persons respectively.There was no statistical difference between different age groups（P〈0.05）.＇Leave Chengdu＇ was the first reason for donor loss（28.6%）,followed by ＇Not pass the blood test＇（20.8%）,＇Not pass the pre-donation physical examination＇（16.9%）,＇Unfit physical condition＇（10.4%） and so on.Conclusion The loss rate of awarded blood donors in Chengdu is large.More attention needs to be paid to the lost awarded donor population.It is very necessary to make different strategies to different population for decreasing the loss rate of repeated donors and constructing a steady repeated blood donation population.
