摘要
目的近些年随着医院就诊率的不断增加,临床用血量逐年增多,莱芜地区采供血关系表现紧俏。本研究分析该地区近十五年来采供血的发展规律,探寻采供血事业发展过程中可取之处及面临的困难,为以后采供血发展提出科学合理的参考。方法对莱芜地区2003-2017年的献血人数,献血量,供血量,献血人群年龄分布及400mL献血比例,固定献血者献血比例进行统计分析。结果2003-2017年中2010年达到献血高峰,为11594人次,18822U,之后逐年降低,2014年达到最低值,为8631人次,15289U。献血量由2003年的8900U上升为2017年的18400U,增长了2.07倍,而供血量增长了2.18倍。献400mL血液人群所占比例>50%,固定献血者的比例为39.6%。2645岁人群是莱芜地区主要献血人群。从献血人群年龄发展趋势来看,1825岁人群和2635岁人群均有所降低,3645岁和4655岁人群不断上升。结论莱芜地区采血量呈整体上升趋势,采供血基本保持采供平衡状态。中青年人群是该地区献血主力军,但青年献血人群有下降趋势,中年献血人群不断上升,针对献血人群年龄发展趋势,及时调整招募宣传策略。
OBJECTIVE In recent years,with the continuous increase of hospital treatment rate and the increase of clinical blood consumption year by year,the relationship between blood collection and supply in Laiwu area is tight.This study analyzes the development law of blood collection and supply in the past 15 years in this area,explores the advantages and difficulties in the development process of blood collection and supply,and provides scientific and reasonable reference for the future development of blood collection and supply.METHODS The number of blood donors,blood donation,blood supply,age distribution of blood donors and the proportion of 400 ml blood donation in Laiwu from 2003 to 2017 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS According to the number of blood donors and the amount of blood donation,the peak of blood donation in 2010 was 11594,18822 U,during the 15-year period from 2003 to 2017.After that,it declined year by year,reaching the lowest level in nearly five years in 2014,with 8631 people and 15289 U.The total blood volume increased from 8900 Uin 2003 to 18400 U,an increase of 2.07 times,and the blood supply increased by 2.18 times.The proportion of 400 ml blood donors remained above 50%,and the proportion of fixed blood donors was 39.6%.People aged 26 to 45 are the main blood donors in Laiwu.According to the trend of age development,the population aged 18 to 25 and 26 to 35 decreased,while the population aged 36 to 45 and 46 to 55 increased.CONCLUSIONS Blood collection in our station shows an overall upward trend,blood collection and supply basically maintain a balance between supply and demand.However,there is a downward trend among young blood donors and a rising trend among middle-aged blood donors.In view of the age development trend of blood donors,recruitment and publicity strategies should be adjusted in time.
