纤维素酶对蚕丝/大麻织物性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 蚕丝/大麻织物具有透气透湿、悬垂好等优良品质,但丝/麻织物表面毛羽过多,影响其服用性能。为了去除丝/麻织物的毛羽,应用纤维素酶对蚕丝/大麻织物进行整理,研究了纤维素酶处理工艺参数(纤维素酶用量、pH值、处理温度和时间)对纱线毛羽和织物强力等性能的影响,得出最佳整理工艺,并应用扫描电镜对整理前后的纱线表面进行观测。结果表明:纤维素酶整理最佳工艺为:纤维素酶用量3.5%(owf),处理温度45℃,pH值3.5,处理时间35min;扫描电镜观测显示经过纤维素酶整理后,蚕丝和麻纱表面变得光滑,且无大的损伤刻蚀。 The silk/hemp fabric has some good properties, such as excellent air or moisture permeability and drape. But there is too much hairiness on the surface of silk/hemp fabric,which affect fabric's wearability. In order to remove these hairiness,the cellulase was used to finish the silk/hemp fabric. The influences of finishing parameters,such as cellulase concentration,pH value,temperature and time,on the properties of the fabric,such as fabric tensile and yarn hairiness,were studied. Then the optimum finishing process was put forward. The surface of yarns were observed by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results indicated that the optimum finishing process was 3. 5% cellulase,pH value 3. 5,45℃ for 35 min. The SEM images showed that the surfaces of silk and hemp were not damaged or etched,and become smooth.
