摘要
针对汉麻/棉混纺纱毛羽多、弹性差、耐磨性低的特点,对27.9tex55/45汉麻/棉混纺纱进行了浆纱处理.选用主浆料为变性淀粉/聚乙烯醇(PVA)的混合浆料及变性淀粉/马铃薯淀粉的淀粉浆料,利用正交分析法,讨论浆纱的工艺条件对混纺纱性能的影响.结果表明:对汉麻/棉混纺纱线上浆可不用PVA浆料,而采用以变性淀粉/马铃薯淀粉+丙烯酸的浆料配方也可满足织造要求;一定范围内增加含固率和PVA有利于浆纱各项性能指标的提高.
To resolve the problems of hemp/cotton blended yarn such as more hairiness,low elasticity and wear resistance,sizing experiment of 27. 9rex 55/45 hemp/cotton blended yarn was carried out. Mixed sizes composed of modified starch/PVA and modified starch/tomato starch were selected to size hemp/ cotton blended yarn,the influences of sizing process on blended yarn performance were researched by or- thogonal method. The results show that the hemp/cotton blended yarn treated with mixed size composed of modified starch/tomato starch and multi-monomers acrylic without PVA can meet the requirements of weaving and within certain scope increase the solid content and the content of PVA,which improves the performance indexes of the sized yarns.
