摘要
醋糟的资源化利用可以节约资源、保护环境、增加企业效益。醋糟在栽培基质上的应用,是醋糟循环再利用的新途径。综述了醋糟利用现状、栽培基质的特点及要求、醋糟的成分与性质分析、醋糟基质栽培效果等方面的研究进展。醋糟符合作为有机栽培基质原料的一般标准,今后需在合理、高效利用方面多加研究。
The recycling utilization of vinegar residue as culture substrate can conserve resources,protect the environment and increase the profit of enterprises.The application of vinegar residue in culture substrate preparation is a new recycling method for the fermentation dregs.This paper reviewed the progress of vinegar residue recycling,characteristics and requirements of culture substrate,analysis of the composition and properties of vinegar residue and the effectiveness of vinegar residue substrate.Vinegar residue meets the general standards as the raw material of organic culture substrates,and further research should be done on its reasonable and efficient utilization in the future.
