摘要
试验以醋糟为主原料,设计不同配方配制培养料,进行鸡腿菇育种及出菇试验。结果表明,醋糟可以替代棉籽壳用于鸡腿菇育种以及栽培生产,既能废物利用,减少污染,又能提高菌丝生长速度,提高产量和质量,降低成本,增加效益。
Vinegar grains as mainly raw materials were used to breed and cultivate Coprinus comatus by designing different formulaes. The results showed that vinegar grains can substitute for cottonseed hulls in the production of breeding and cultivation of Coprinus comatus. It not only recycled waste material and reduced pollution,costs,but also improved growth rate of mycelium,production capability,in final improved economic performance.
