摘要
现代科技特别是交通工具与互联网的发展,使跨文化交流变得越来越频繁便捷。各种文化在保持自身独立性的同时,也会通过相互之间的碰撞而不断完善、融合。选取了义乌市和在义乌生活的外国居民作为研究样本及对象,通过定量分析的方式尝试探求他们在日常生活、职业生活及社会生活中的跨文化融合程度及其影响因素,并根据调研结果,总结了外国居民在义乌的跨文化适应策略,从当地政府、本地居民及外来居民三个维度提出建议。
The development of modern technology,especially that of transportation and the Internet,has made it increasingly frequent and convenient to communicate between different cultures. While maintaining their very own characteristics,interactions among various cultures could contribute in their evolvement and integration. In this article,the author has selected the city of Yiwu and its foreign population as research sample and subject,in search of the strategies and influential elements in the course of their intercultural adaptation,followed by a conclusion of such strategies as well as suggestions provided from the perspectives of local government,local residents and foreign residents. Aquantitative analysis is applied in this article.
