摘要
中国传统文化规约下的精神文化,受利益机会主义影响的行为文化,被"以学为本"所固化的学术文化,是地方性大学教师社会服务的主要文化障碍。为全面推进教师社会服务工作,地方性大学应将调整服务评价制度作为引领教师社会服务文化的重要切入点,借助文化传播和文化接触,推动教师精神文化、行为文化和学术文化的深度变革。
The main cultural obstacles affecting and restricting the social service behavior of teachers of local universities are the spiritual culture restricted by Chinese traditional culture, the behavior culture influenced by interest opportunism, and the discipline culture influenced by focusing on the academic. To promote the social service work of teachers of local universities in an all-around way, the university administrators should take the institutional change as an important point of leading cultural changes of teachers' social service, create spiritual culture of active service to the community by cultural spread, shape behavior culture and profoundly reform academic culture by cultural contacts.
