摘要
沿海、湾区和城市群三种要素促进湾区经济成为开放经济中的最高形态。粤港澳大湾区经济实力雄厚,创新主体高度集聚,产业体系完备,环境开放包容,具备了打造创新生态系统的现实基础。因此文章提出依托湾区城市群建设全球科技创新中心、串起多核联动的粤港澳大湾区创新生态系统,打造“广州-深圳-香港-澳门”多核联动的创新走廊,建立起能链接全球、影响全球的跨国研发与创新机构,进而推动粤港澳三地共同建设创新要素充分流动、现代产业高端集聚、创新创业生态完善、全球开放链接活跃的“世界一流创新大湾区”。
Bay area economy has become the high-end form of open economy because it is involved with three key elements:coastal,bay and urban agglomeration.The Great Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao has got strong economic strength,high concentration of innovative subjects,complete industrial system,open and inclusive environment,and has a realistic basis to build an innovative ecosystem.Therefore,the article proposes to based on bay area urban agglomeration and multi-core linkages of innovative ecosystem,building a global scientific and technological innovation center in the Great Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,create a multi-core linkage innovation corridor of“Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao”and establish a multinational R&D and innovation organization that links globally The construction of the innovation ecosystem will further promote to build the“World-class Innovation Great Bay Area”with fully-flowing innovation elements,highly-agminated modern industries,fully-improved ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship and activelyopened global cooperation.
