摘要
大学学术生产力是一个整体的概念。从要素上讲,它由大学学者的生产力和学科知识的生产力两个方面决定;从过程上讲,它可以分解为学术活动的生产力、学术体制的生产力和学术文化的生产力;从结果上讲,大学学术生产力又直接表现为大学的教学生产力、科研生产力和社会服务生产力。以上三组八个维度“的生产力”都是影响大学学术发展的关键因素,需要系统分析、慎重对待。
University academic productivity is a collective concept. It is determined by university scholars＇ productivity and knowledge productivity in terms of key elements. Furthermore, it falls into three parts from the perspective of process, including academic activity productivity, academic system productivity and academic culture productivity. Finally, in terms of outcome, university academic productivity results directly from teaching productivity, research productivity and service productivity. The above eight dimensions of ＂productivity＂ in three groups are all key factors Influencing university academic development, therefore, they should be analyzed systematically and treated carefully.
