摘要
近年来高校学报发表异域地方性论文逐渐增多,且有形成一种现象之势。学报发表这类论文,既有违学报编辑出版的初衷,也有违作者创作论文的初衷,甚至还可能掩盖某种学术造假行为。
In recent years, there is a tendency that more and more papers from other regions have been published in college academic journals. To publish such papers not only is against both the journal editors＇ and the authors＇ original intentions, but also possibly hides some academic frauds.
