摘要
应用径流系数、基尼系数及马斯京根分段演算法,系统分析2016年"7·20"与2012年"7·21"北京遭遇的两场典型暴雨中凉水河降雨径流特征规律,认为凉水河流域暴雨洪水呈现出强烈的城市化特点,降雨序列基尼系数和洛伦茨不对称系数相对较大,洪水序列峰型系数较小,大红门以上流域汇流时间仅为2小时,大红门演进洪峰约占张家湾洪峰的56%。通过研究提出从精细化模型构建、管理体制理顺、"互联网+"技术应用、海绵城市建设等方面的应对措施和建议。
Comparative analysis has been conducted on the characters of typical rainstorm in Liangshui River in Beijing on 20 July 2016 and 21 July 2012, with runoff coefficient, Gini Coefficient and Muskingum segmentation algorithm. It is considered that the rainstorm flood in Liangshui River Basin appears a strong urbanized character, with a relatively big Gini coefficient and Lorenz asymmetry coefficient of rainfall sequence, but relatively small peak shape coefficient of flood series. The concentration time in the upper stream of Dahongmen was only 2 hours and flood discharging from Dahongmen to Zhangjiawan was about 3 hours. Evolution of flood peak of Dahongmen took about 56% of that of Zhangjiawan. Therefore, it is recommended to take measures in the aspects of precise model creation, improvement of management system and application of internet plus and sponge city construction.
