摘要
海绵城市建设是重大国家战略,我国很多大城市在下雨季节经常会发生排水不畅、部分区域积水严重等问题,造成严重的城市内涝,使人民群众生命和财产受到损失。目前海绵城市的建设存在分类标准不清、底数不明、地上地下不联动,数据更新不及时等问题。项目面向海绵城市建设需求,构建地上地下一体化的海绵城市基础信息及应用,并开展地上和地下联动分析研究,可为海绵城市的构建提供技术支撑。
Sponge city construction is a major national strategy.In many big cities in China,problems such as poor drainage and serious water accumulation in some areas often occur in the rainy season,causing serious urban waterlogging and causing loss of people's lives and property.At present,there are some problems in the construction of sponge city,such as unclear classification standard,unknown base number,no linkage between above and below ground,and not timely update of data.The project is oriented to the construction demand of sponge city,constructing the basic information and application of the sponge city with the integration of overground and underground,and carrying out the analysis and research of the overground and underground linkage,which can provide technical support for the construction of sponge city.
