摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加味治疗心绞痛瘀血阻络证的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年以来我院收治的心绞痛患者100例,随机分为两组(观察组、对照组),每组50例。对照组使用常规西药治疗,观察组在使用常规西药治疗的基础上加用血府逐瘀汤加味治疗。记录两组患者治疗有效率及治疗前后全血黏度、血浆黏度,并作比较。结果:加用血府逐瘀汤加味治疗的观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,且全血黏度、血浆黏度的下降程度更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤加味治疗心绞痛瘀血阻络证有很好的临床疗效,值得与西医疗法结合应用于临床。
Objective To observe the efects of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on angina. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 50 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more. The efcacy, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in groups were measured and compared. Results： The efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher; the decreased of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were more obvious than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction shows a good efect on angina of the Yuxue Zuluo syndrome, is worthy of promotion.
