摘要
目的探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗结合常规西药对急性心肌梗死心绞痛患者临床症状的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月在湖南省中医药研究院接受治疗的60例急性心肌梗死心绞痛患者,根据所有患者所选择的治疗方式分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、心绞痛发生情况以及中医症状积分等。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05);观察组心绞痛发作次数、持续发作时间低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者治疗后胸痛、胸闷、心悸不宁、唇舌评分,均明显低于对照组(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论采用血府逐瘀汤加减联合常规西药治疗急性心肌梗死心绞痛患者,效果显著,能有效缓解患者的临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数与发作时间,提高治疗效果,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical symptoms of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and angina pectoris(AP) by modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine. Methods A total of 60 patients with AMI and AP who were treated in Hu’nan Academy of Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group(n=30) and the observation group(n=30) according to the treatment methods selected by patients themselves. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction based on the control group. The clinical therapeutic efficacy, incidence of angina pectoris and symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups of patients after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05), the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05), and after treatment,the scores of chest pain, chest tightness, palpitation and tongue were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine is effective in treating patients with AMI and AP, which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the frequency and time of angina pectoris attack, improve the therapeutic efficacy, and is worthy of application.
