摘要
目的:研究血府逐瘀汤加减联合常规西药治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年6月黔南民族医学高等专科学校第二附属医院收治的78例急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。比较两组患者心绞痛疗效、心电图恢复情况、中医证候积分、血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)指标。结果:观察组心绞痛、心电图总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清TC和TG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤加减联合常规西药治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛疗效显著,可缓解心绞痛症状,降低血脂水平,改善中医证候积分。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine on angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with angina after acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiannan College of Ethnic Medicine from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The effects of angina pectoris,ECG recovery,TCM syndrome score,serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum TC and TG levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine has significant curative effect on angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction,which can relieve angina pectoris symptoms,reduce blood lipid level and improve TCM syndrome score.
