摘要
针对Φ3.2×3.1m格子型球磨矿分级系统中螺旋分级机故障率高,磨机电耗高,分级作业消耗大量清水资源等缺点,提出了Φ3.2×3.1m格子型球磨矿分级系统改进方案和措施,满足节能环保的需要。实践证明,改造后Φ3.2×3.1m格子型球磨矿分级系统运行稳定,故障率低,维修工作量小,磨矿分级指标提高明显,节能环保效果明显,取得良好效果。
For the high failurerate of Ф3.2×3.1m grinding and classificationsystem and Consumption ofplenty of waterand powerresources, the article proposed the improvementprograms and measures of Ф3.2×3.1m grinding and classificationsystem, which can meetthe needs ofenergy saving. Practice proves that the grinding and classificationsystem is stable and lowfailure rate after transformation. Energy savingeffect is obvious.
