煤粉制备监控系统的设计与应用

摘要 针对煤粉制备系统过程工艺复杂、控制点数多、设备连锁和安全性要求高等特点,设计出基于S7-300 PLC为核心的稳定、高效和经济的硬件系统,利用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线和工业以太网技术构建了下位控制层和上位监控层两层网络架构,完成系统硬件和软件设计,利用Win CC强大的组态功能建立了友好人机交换界面。整个控制系统结构层次清晰、功能分布明确,既体现了分散控制和集中管理的设计指导思想,更体现了控制系统的开放性和互换性的技术优势。经过实践证明,该系统运行稳定可靠,操作简单,提高了生产效率和煤粉质量,能够满足实际生产要求,达到了预期设计的目标。 Aiming at the complexity of process of coal preparation system, control points, chain and safety equipment requirement is designed based on S7- 300 PLC as the core of the stable, efficient and economic construction of the hardware system, the control layer and the control layer two layer network architecture based on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus and industrial Ethernet technology, complete system hardware and the software design, using WinCC configuration powerful to establish a friendly man-machine interface. The structure level of the whole control system is clear and the function distribution is clear. It not only embodies the design guiding ideology of decentralized control and centralized management, but also embodies the technological ad- vantage of the openness and interchange of the control system. Practice has proved that the system is stable and reliable, easy to operate, improve the production efficiency and coal quality, to meet the actual production requirements, to achieve the desired design objectives.
