摘要
阐述了检修管理技术在国内外发展的趋势,结合电力设备检修现状探讨了发电设备实施状态检修的可行性和实施过程。提出了状态检修是提高发电设备可靠性、可用率、延长设备使用寿命的可行方法,是减少维修工作量及检修费用的必然方向。
This paper introduced trend of the overhaul management technologies, and discussed the feasibility of implementing condition-based maintenance for the power generation equipment and the work to be done combined with the status quo of equipment maintenance. It put forward that the condition-based maintenance is the necessary direction of improving the reliability and availability ratio, extending service life of equipment, and improving equipment health level and reducing maintenance load and maintenance cost.
