摘要
提出了一种基于.NET平台的新型设备检修系统的建设方案。系统通过企业业务流程重组优化电厂的内部科学管理,将KKS系统、设备管理、设备维护、机组检修、台帐管理等业务有机集成在一起。还提出了基于OpenO&M的与状态监测和故障诊断系统的集成方案。介绍了该系统在华能南通电厂的应用效果。
The institution of a new kind of maintenance management system, based on .NET platform is being proposed. The system optimizes the plant’s rational home management and, by rehuffling the enterprise’s working procedures, organically combines the KKS system with the management of the equipment, maintenance and overhaul as well as with other activities like board book-keeping. An integrated version of a combination of OPS, OM, EAM with Open O&M is also presented, together with application effects of the system in Huaneng's Nantong Power Plant.
